Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing Equipment (Direct Hire)
Location: Nashua, NH
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Training on 1st Shift
Pay: Up to $36/hour 25% shift differential
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This direct hire opportunity focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electro-mechanical systems, with occasional support for facility maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and PLC-driven systems
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Execute preventive maintenance programs aligned with ISO/NADCAP standards
- Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Limble) and track parts usage
- Support basic facility maintenance, including plumbing, welding, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Work safely in a chemical manufacturing environment and follow OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Technical certificate or 2 years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience (electro-mechanical preferred)
- Knowledge of AC/DC power systems, electronics, and PLCs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic Microsoft Office and CMMS experience required
Additional Details
- Overtime and weekend coverage may be required
- Experience with PCB equipment (e.g., drilling or inspection systems) is a plus
