Skilled Maintenance Mechanic | 1st and 2nd Shift
Location: Ayer, MA
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday
2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
Pay: $32 - $35/hour Overtime Opportunities

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to production line calls and mechanical issues.
- Diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install, set up, and test new manufacturing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently in a high-demand, fast-paced production setting.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
- Proven ability to repair, install, and maintain machinery.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices.
