Job Duties

Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates

Receive, inspect, store, and track incoming materials

Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability

Organize stock locations for efficiency and accessibility

Prepare inventory reports and assist with audits

Support shipping and receiving activities as needed

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

2 years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience

Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
