What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Superintendent - (CSA) position at Advantage Technical?
Location: Claude, TX
$55.00 - 90.00 per hour
Schedule: 60/60/50 hours per week
- Oversee daily construction activities involving civil, structural, architectural, and MEP trades
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Lead safety meetings, trade coordination meetings, and field inspections
- Monitor productivity, quality standards, and project progress
- Resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule constraints
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, turnover milestones, and commissioning activities
- Maintain field reports, progress documentation, and project records.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, project teams, and leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and site-specific requirements
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Minimum 5 years of construction field supervision experience
- Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
