What You'll Do
- Provide diagnostic support for warranty and non-warranty machines, both on-site and remotely
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on CNC machines
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to guide repairs and upgrades
- Instruct and demonstrate proper operation and maintenance of machines to customers
- Coordinate machine upgrades, special options, and service requirements with customers
- Maintain clear communication until all quality and service issues are resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams and share knowledge with other field service staff
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively (West Coast) and work independently
