Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high‑precision, technology‑driven manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, driving preventive maintenance strategy, and ensuring the reliability of critical production assets.

You will oversee all maintenance activities, lead a team of skilled technicians, and collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and external partners. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep technical understanding, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Reliability Leadership — Ensure smooth operation of all production equipment and minimize downtime
• Maintenance Strategy — Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
• Team Management — Lead, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Repair Oversight — Oversee all repair activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
• Equipment Inspections — Conduct routine inspections to identify issues early and respond promptly
• Budget Ownership — Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost‑effective decision‑making
• Maintenance Records — Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, costs, and equipment history
• Training & Development — Train staff on procedures, safety practices, and equipment care
• Compliance & Safety — Ensure all equipment meets safety and environmental standards
• Vendor Coordination — Partner with manufacturers, vendors, and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and replacements
• Continuous Improvement — Identify and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency
• Parts & Inventory Management — Ensure availability of critical spare parts and components
• Issue Resolution — Address equipment‑related concerns and escalate when necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, equipment functions, and specifications
• Deep knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making abilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a maintenance team
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is a plus (not required)
