Job Duties
- Coordinate project execution between design and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain process standards, check sheets, and engineering documentation.
- Manage project schedules and key deliverables.
- Analyze 2D and 3D CAD data using AutoCAD and CATIA.
- Support production trials, plant observations, and process improvements.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support project launches.
- Lead new model paint manufacturing engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of engineering experience.
- 1 year of automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, and 3D CAD modeling.
- Project scheduling or project management experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one for international travel.
