Responsibilities:
Site Inspection:
Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Verify that materials and workmanship meet project quality standards, identifying and documenting any deviations or deficiencies. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, reports, and logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with construction teams to address and resolve any issues identified during inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly. Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to provide updates on inspection findings and ensure alignment with project goals.
Safety Compliance: Monitor site safety practices, reporting any violations and recommending improvements to enhance safety protocols.
Qualifications:
