Compensation Operations Analyst

• Support compensation team with operational analysis and system improvements
• Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Manage survey matches and salary range inquiries
• Handle Workday HCM job requisition and reporting tasks
• Assist with rewards program implementation and vendor management
• Participate in Workday maintenance and special projects

• 5 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong Workday skills, especially Advanced Compensation
• Advanced Excel, plus proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred
• Solid knowledge of compensation fundamentals and market surveys
• Excellent organization, communication, and project management
• Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
