Hours and Pay
- Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: 12% added when moved to 3rd shift
- Schedule:
- Training: 1st Shift (1-2 months)
- Permanent Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Overtime: Available based on production needs

Daily Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines to produce precision components
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and machining instructions to determine setup a
- nd operation requirements
- Perform basic CNC program edits as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Monitor machining processes and adjust machine controls to ensure tight tolerances and product accuracy
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators to verify part quality
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or machining variances
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work independently while meeting production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC vertical milling machines
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing
- Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Working knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, fixtures, and machining accessories
- Ability to read, follow, and execute written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work flexible hours when needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain strong attendance
