Location: Sturbridge, MA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Job Duties
- Test precision electronic components using specialized testing equipment
- Load and unload parts from testing fixtures while following proper handling procedures
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Record test results and inspection data accurately in computer systems
- Package and label completed products for shipment
- Maintain, clean, and assist with test fixture upkeep
- Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures
- Support continuous improvement and production activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, testing, inspection, or assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience using electrical test equipment, inspection tools, or measuring devices preferred
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow detailed work instructions
- Comfortable handling delicate components with precision
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
