What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Procurement Analyst position at Advantage Technical?
Pay Rate: $37.16/hour
Schedule: Hybrid | 4 days onsite (Monday-Thursday)
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, business analysis, supply chain, or related operations
* Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, GPIRS, or similar platforms
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience with SharePoint preferred
* Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate is a plus
* Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials and services
* Track purchase requests, orders, and vendor performance
* Analyze large datasets and summarize findings for leadership teams
* Monitor spending, commitments, and procurement trends
* Support procurement process improvements and workflow optimization
* Collaborate with vendors, internal customers, and cross-functional teams
* Assist with testing and implementation of procurement tools and dashboards
* Ability to work in a professional office environment
* Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods
