What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Program Scheduler position at Advantage Technical?
Pay Rate: $31.00 - $45.00/hour, based on experience
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with EVMS, WBS, and scheduling standards
- Lead schedule status reviews and update milestones, resources, durations, and dependencies
- Integrate cost and schedule data for accurate program tracking and forecasting
- Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and provide recommendations to program leadership
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder activities
- Support internal audits, customer reviews, and program assessments
- Prepare reports and communicate schedule status to project teams and leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Program Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Alternatively, seven years of related scheduling, planning, or program controls experience
- Experience with project scheduling, program planning, or project controls
- Understanding of financial principles, cost integration, and data analysis
- Strong proficiency with computer systems and business software
- Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
- U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a security clearance
