Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, ensure smooth communication, and maintain organizational efficiency. Your proactive approach and excellent clerical skills will contribute significantly to our company's continued success.

We are hiring a full-time Administrative Professional to help with Client Services, Data Entry & our Accounts Receivables.

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential job function as listed below:

  • Business skills - display a working knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Problem solving - gather and analyze information to identify and resolve client, account or balancing problems in a timely manner
  • Customer service - satisfy customer needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful high-quality service and assistance
  • Planning/Organizing – possess strong organizational skills & be able to prioritize the workload in order to complete all assigned tasks & meet deadlines
  • Administrative support - directly support upper management, the sales team & our collection team
  • Verbal/written communication skills – displays professional, concise & friendly communication via email & over the phone
  • Technical skills - knowledge of technology/office equipment and a willingness to learn new systems and software; proficiency in the use of computer applications and MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Access, Word)
  • Accounting- Prepare nightly reports and ability to perform daily balancing.

Qualifications:

· Consistent job history and exceptional work ethic

· Possess strong verbal communication and organizational skills

· Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, at times working under pressure with competing priorities

· Goal oriented, motivated individual with a positive attitude and desire to succeed

· Ability to work independently and be self-accountable

· Prior experience in a customer service or administrative position.
