Shipping and Receiving Clerk

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our growing company. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for overseeing the transportation of packages to our clients and from our vendors. Must ensure that packages are moved to and from each destination in a timely manner to prevent bottlenecks to meet deadlines with 100% accuracy.

Essential Job Function:

• Transport packages to and from destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Interacts with clients/vendors professionally at all times
• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Receive, process and record data from warehouse product returns
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Must be able to work Overtime and Saturday as required

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends, when schedule details provided in advance.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma a plus
• 1 year experience with shipping applications (UPS) (FED EX)
• 1 year experience in inventory software, databases and systems
• Ability to lift and pack boxes (up to 50 LBS)
• Have a valid CA driver’s license

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft office with an emphasis on Microsoft excel
• Punctual and Reliable
• Quick learner
• Good organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse distribution and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and pack boxes (up to 50 LBS)
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the shipping department and on the loading dock.

Compensation/Benefits:

California Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour USD | DOE

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
