Description:ITAR Compliance Requirement:This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates who do not meet ITAR eligibility requirements will not be considered for this position.Scope: A via is a copper plated hole used to connect two or more layers in a printed circuit board (PCB). Via Fill is a manufacturing process used to selectively and completely fill or close via holes by applying an epoxy to the PCB and then planarizing epoxy and copper once the epoxy is cured.Responsibilities:Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairsEnter jobs into the manufacturing tracking systemRead and interpret shop orders to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and verify qualityMaintain a safe, neat and organized workplaceAbility to work overtime and weekends when necessaryWork Schedule:This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.Work schedule is Monday Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.Requirements:Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing related industry.Preferred Additional Skills:Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff.Able to support and implement company safety protocols.Physical Requirements:Able to lift to 25lbs.Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
