What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving and Shipping Clerk position at Infinite Peripherals?
- Receive product, check for damage, communicate arrival to internal stakeholders and deliver to addressee / place in Inventory
- Receive and process customer returns (RMAs)
- Pick, package up orders and prepare to ship
- Double-check warehouse-picked and QC-provided orders before shipping
- Ship out orders in App (create labels, and confirm shipped so orders team can finalize invoicing)
- Provide shipping and tracking information to Sales
- Have shipments available for pick-up for UPS / FedEx / DHL / USPS / etc.
- Assist other team members and perform additional tasks when needed / as requested
- Follow standard operating procedures

- Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxes
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in using technology to perform the job (use PC, email, etc.)
- Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
- Team player, willing and ready to help out colleagues in warehouse and production departments if needed.

Starting wage - $17.00 / hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm (TBD)
Location: Irvine, CA (close to John Wayne Airport)
