At AdvancedMD, located in South Jordan, UT, we are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our Order to Cash (OTC) team. In this role, you will play a key part in processing sales orders, managing billing cycles, and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, ensure timely invoicing, and support month-end closing activities. Essential Job Duties: Process and manage accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner Generate and send out invoices to clients based on agreements and billing cycles Monitor and track incoming payments, ensuring accurate application to customer accounts Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales and customer service) to resolve billing disputes or issues Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments as needed Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Answer phone que calls Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred) Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What Will Make us LOVE You You’re highly motivated and self-driven You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity) You are highly team oriented and focus on the success of your peers as well as yourself You are coachable and have proven ability to take feedback and implement it Are you FIT?
