We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician specializing in water sample systems to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain water sample systems at client locations
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on sampling equipment
- Troubleshoot system issues using appropriate tools, including ohmmeters, to diagnose electrical or mechanical faults
- Perform repairs or replacements of faulty components to ensure optimal system operation
- Document service activities, system performance data, and maintenance records accurately
- Provide technical support and training to clients on proper system usage and maintenance procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all service activities
- Collaborate with team members and report any recurring issues or system upgrades needed
Requirements
- Proven experience with water sampling systems or related environmental monitoring equipment is preferred
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client sites as needed
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field service environment
- Prior experience with electrical or mechanical repairs is a plus
