Qualifications
- General Manager experience in home services, hvac, plumbing, electrical preferred.
- P&L ownership in residential home services or a comparable multi-location service business.
- A record of hiring, coaching, and retaining technicians and in-home sales advisors.
- Working command of conversion, average ticket, callback rate, utilization, and membership penetration.
- Experience installing operating cadence and holding managers accountable to it.
- Judgment on safety, code, and customer trust when speed and margin are both on the line.
