We are looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team at Advanced Wireless Communications. This role owns product readiness from a marketing perspective and ensures every product is prepared for launch. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define what needs to be created, when it needs to be done, and who is responsible.
This is a coordination and execution role with real ownership. You are not creating final content or design, but you are responsible for making sure the work gets done so products are ready for market.
This position follows a hybrid work model with in-office presence at our Lakeville, MN headquarters as needed for collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Own product readiness from development through launch, coordinate across teams, and create & maintain product documentation by:
- Defining required deliverables and building timelines
- Tracking progress and ensuring completion
- Keeping product work aligned with marketing plans
- Gathering and clarifying product details from Product and Engineering
- Translating technical information into clear inputs for Content and Creative
- Ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Producing guides, setup instructions, and reference materials using templates
- Ensuring accuracy with Product and Engineering
- Keeping materials organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning complex products
- Ability to identify gaps, ask questions, and follow through
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic experience with Adobe InDesign
- Experience in a cross-functional or product-focused environment is a plus
- Must be located in the Greater Minneapolis St. Paul area

Additional Information
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- This role has a target salary range of $48,000–$55,000 depending on experience and alignment with the role.
