We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team at Advanced Wireless Communications. This role owns product readiness from a marketing perspective and ensures every product is prepared for launch.
This is a product marketing role focused on coordinating product launches, supporting go to market efforts, and creating the materials needed to bring products to market successfully. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define what needs to be created, when it needs to be done, and ensure everything is completed.
This is a coordination and execution role with real ownership. In addition to managing launches, you will create and format product materials using templates and brand guidelines to support documentation and go to market efforts.
This role can be remote for the right candidate, but requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to work closely with cross functional teams. Occasional on site collaboration may be needed.
Own product readiness from development through launch by coordinating across teams and creating supporting materials:
- Define required deliverables and build timelines
- Track progress and ensure completion across teams
- Keep product work aligned with marketing plans
- Gather and clarify product details from Product and Engineering
- Lead communication across Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Translate technical information into clear, usable content
- Build and execute go to market plans based on direction from marketing leadership
- Support sales enablement by ensuring materials and messaging are ready for product launches
- Create and maintain product documentation including guides, setup instructions, labels, and reference materials
- Design and format materials using templates and brand guidelines in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Support creation of product related videos and visual assets
- Ensure accuracy with Product and Engineering
- Keep materials organized and up to date
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and learning complex products
- Ability to identify gaps, ask questions, and follow through
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in product marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required
- Ability to create and format professional documentation using templates and brand guidelines
- Experience in a cross functional or product focused environment is a plus
- Applicants must be located in the Greater Minneapolis St. Paul area or open to occasional travel to our Lakeville, MN headquarters

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. This role has a target salary range of $48,000 to $55,000 depending on experience and alignment with the role.
