Advanced Windows is hiring local sales reps who live in St. George and want flexible work right here in Washington County. There's no travel required and no office, just neighborhoods near home and a team that trains you.
WHAT THE JOB IS
You'll talk with homeowners at their door, find out who's interested in new windows, and book free in-home consultations. That's it. Our experienced closers run the consultation and close the sale, so you get to learn sales without the pressure of closing.
No sales experience needed. We'll teach you what to say, how to handle a "no," and how to book appointments that actually happen.
PAY
- Commission only, with no hourly wage
- Typical earning potential of $5,000–$15,000 per month
- Weekly commission payouts, with no cap
Earnings depend on your activity, appointment quality, and completed sales. The range above is potential, not a guarantee.

- Knock doors in neighborhoods around St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, and Ivins
- Start friendly conversations and book qualified window consultations
- Record accurate appointment and homeowner info
- Attend team meetings and on-the-job coaching
- Represent Advanced Windows honestly
