Advanced Windows is looking for an experienced door-to-door leader to build and run a sales team in the St. George market. If you've knocked doors, led reps, or run a blitz team in solar, pest, security, roofing, fiber, or windows, and you're ready for real ownership of a team, this is for you.
This isn't a desk job. You'll lead from the field: knocking alongside your reps, training new hires, and growing a team you'll be paid on.
WHAT YOU GET
- Pay on your own production plus overrides on your team's production
- Typical earning potential of $10,000–$20,000 per month, with no cap

Earnings depend on personal and team production, completed sales, and market growth. The range above is potential, not a guarantee.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Knock doors and set the standard in the field
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new reps
- Run team meetings, goal setting, and daily field training
- Track activity, appointments, and completed sales for yourself and your team
- Coach reps directly and hold them accountable
- Work with our closers to improve appointment quality
- Help grow Advanced Windows across St. George and Washington County
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven door-to-door or field sales experience
- Leadership, team-lead, or training experience (strongly preferred)
- Recruiting and onboarding experience (a plus)
- Willing to personally knock doors and lead by example
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable with commission and override pay
- Able to work throughout Washington County and walk neighborhoods outdoors
