WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will work directly with homeowners, learn how to communicate the value of professional window replacement, and develop the habits that lead to consistent performance. This is a face-to-face sales position focused on creating qualified opportunities, not simply making a quick pitch.

Your responsibilities include:

• Speak with homeowners to uncover potential replacement needs
• Explain product benefits and the Advanced Windows approach
• Generate qualified appointments through professional conversations
• Practice regularly, receive coaching, and apply feedback in the field

New representatives receive field shadowing, daily market support, and dedicated rookie training. Experienced leaders provide guidance as you learn the process and become more confident in customer conversations.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Compensation is tied to production, consistency, and individual performance, with opportunities to increase earnings as your skills develop.

• Starting Potential: New representatives commonly target $6,000-$10,000 per month while learning the process
