WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a professional sales role focused on helping homeowners make informed decisions while developing your communication and leadership abilities.
- Connect with homeowners to understand their needs
- Guide customers through inspections and product options
- Present solution-focused recommendations
- Participate in weekly coaching and mentorship
EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT
First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 through training, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission
After 90 Days: $10,000 per month for consistent performers
Experienced Representatives: $12,000 to $20,000 per month
Sales Leaders and Territory Owners: $200,000 to $350,000 annually
