Responsibilities
- Remove existing windows and doors and install new vinyl replacement units
- Ensure proper fit, sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing
- Follow company installation standards, manufacturer specs, and safety requirements
- Diagnose and complete window and door service work
- Take final measurements and record job details accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and supervisors regarding job progress or issues
- Accurately document completed work, photos, and required paperwork
Qualifications
- Previous window and door installation experience or related construction experience
- Familiarity with vinyl retrofit installation methods
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
