Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Agent for a new opportunity with our client in Greensboro. The primary function of the Insurance Agent is to handle inbound and outbound phone calls to quote new business policies in multiple states. The Insurance Agent's main goal will be to review program features and benefits with clients for a full understanding of coverages and exclusions.
Job Duties
- Consultative selling by educating customers on the program features, coverage forms, state required affidavits, underwriting & claims process
- Complete understanding of Coverage & Endorsement Forms
- Meet and exceed Monthly Metrics for New Business Premiums & Bind Ratio goals
- Handle inbound phone calls inquiries for quotes and questions.
- Other duties as assigned
Licenses and Certifications
- Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Surplus Lines License preferred or willingness to obtain (company will sponsor)
- Previous experience in the Insurance Industry. (preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Financial related discipline (preferred)
Salary : $38,000 - $46,000
