Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive Female Home Care Aide to provide personalized in-home support for a client in Geneva. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensuring the client remains comfortable, safe, and supported in their home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Support & Transferring: Assist the client with mobility and safe transfers throughout the home.
- Medical Environment Management: Provide attentive care for a client who utilizes an oxygen tank (experience with oxygen safety is a plus).
- Household Management: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a tidy living space.
- Nutrition: Handle meal preparation according to the client’s preferences and dietary needs.
- Errands & Transportation: Assist with grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, or other local errands as needed.
- Pet Care: Must be comfortable working in a home with a dog.
Schedule
This is a consistent, part-time schedule perfect for those looking for mid-day hours:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a caregiver or home care aide.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
- Reliable transportation for errands.
