- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionÂ
âś…RequirementsÂ
- 1 year of home care experience, clinically or administrativelyÂ
- COS-C, HCO-S, HCS-D a plus but not requiredÂ
- Strong working knowledge of OASIS, CMS guidelines, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, PDFM, F2F, Home Health Plan of Cares, and ADR’sÂ
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and MicrosoftÂ
âś…Specific Job DutiesÂ
- Review OASIS and clinical documentation to ensure full compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, state regulations and agency standardsÂ
- Provide accurate ICD-10 codes Â
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact quality metrics and agency performanceÂ
- Partner with field clinicians to strengthen documentation practicesÂ
- Reduce denial risk and audit exposure through proactive quality reviewÂ
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all documentation according to regulations and agency standardsÂ
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Â
