Requirements:
✅ Graduate professional school of Physical Therapy
✅ Current Physical Therapist License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
✅ Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid Driver’s License — you’ll be bringing quality care right to your patients’ homes
