  Support high-quality patient care by delivering skilled Physical Therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Help restore movement, relieve pain, and prevent disability through effective, evidence-based treatments.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $62,400 - $70,000

Experience:
💙 1 years of Home Care experience preferred — we love PTAs who know how rewarding patient-centered care can be!

Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited PTA program
✅ Current PTA License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
✅ Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid Driver’s License — you’ll be bringing quality care right to your patients’ homes

Salary : $62,400 - $70,000
