Experience:

Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy School
✅ Current OT License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
✅ Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid Driver’s License — you’ll be bringing quality care right to your patients’ homes

Salary : $86,000 - $95,000
