- Lead and mentor a crew of HVAC installers on commercial job sites
- Install ductwork, ventilation, and HVAC systems to spec and code
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients
- Track materials, hours, and jobsite reporting
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- 4-6 years of commercial HVAC install experience (2 years leading a crew)
- Expertise in sheet metal duct installation and commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on-site
- Familiarity with VRF systems (a plus!)
- Valid Utah driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
