- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs with confidence
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with minor repairs
- Coordinate with foremen and team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain high safety and quality standards on every job site
- 2–4 years of experience as a commercial sheet metal installer
- Skilled in ductwork installation, layout, and take-offs
- Proficient reading of plans, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
