What You’ll Get
- Top Hourly Wages – $25.00 to $30.00/hour based on experience

- Install, replace, and fabricate residential new construction & retrofit HVAC systems and sheet metal ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and mechanical drawings
- Perform duct layout, takeoffs, and minor troubleshooting/repairs
- Collaborate with foremen and crew to meet timelines and quality standards
- Follow high safety and workmanship standards on all job sites
- 2–4 years of residential HVAC and/or sheet metal installation experience
- Retrofit installation experience is a major plus
- Skilled with ductwork layout, fabrication, and take-offs
- Confident reading and working from mechanical plans and blueprints
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
