- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Support office management by coordinating supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative tasks
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
- Provide customer support through clear communication, problem-solving, and courteous service
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to computer systems or office devices
- Support other administrative duties such as typing correspondence, organizing meetings, and supporting personal assistant tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical roles, or as a receptionist with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high call volumes confidently
