What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager II position at Advanced Clinical?
We’re looking for an Operations Process Manager to drive content production workflows, manage cross-functional projects, and improve operational efficiency. This role ensures seamless execution from content creation through compliance review, delivery, and performance tracking.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production & Workflow
- Own end-to-end content activation (concept, review, approval, delivery) across multiple asset types
- Coordinate timelines across creative, editorial, compliance, and distribution teams
- Manage CMS submissions and track assets through medical/regulatory review
Project & Systems Management
- Administer and optimize project workflows in Monday.com
- Track timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues as needed
- Maintain SOPs and lead team workflow/status meetings
Vendors, Platforms & Distribution
- Coordinate with IT on platform updates and enhancements
- Manage external vendors (writers, designers, production partners)
- Oversee digital/print distribution and email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
Reporting & Operations
- Manage stakeholder communications and issue triage
- Track budgets, invoices, and operational spend
- Maintain production metrics (turnaround time, revisions, resources) and support KPI reporting
Required
- Bachelor’s degree 3–6 years in project/process management
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Monday.com (or similar tools) and workflow automation
- Experience with content production and compliance review processes
- Proficiency in Adobe tools and email marketing platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Pharma, biotech, or life sciences experience
- Familiarity with regulatory review (MRC/PRC)
- Experience with Veeva Vault or similar CMS
- Experience with virtual event platforms and workflow automation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Strong meeting facilitation and cross-functional communication skills
