Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with applicable cGMP requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Perform data entry in SAP and the Plasma Management System (SGP) to track inventory and production activity.
- Review inbound shipment documents for accuracy, completeness, and legibility (unit counts, signatures, and supporting details).
- Communicate with donor site management to resolve documentation issues or discrepancies.
- Apply sound judgment and critical thinking when handling atypical situations.
- Support ongoing inventory control, incident tracking, and system updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with plasma logistics or clerical operations is a plus.
- Proficiency with SAP, SGP, Microsoft Office, and other inventory/incident tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate risks and propose solutions to prevent or minimize issues.
- On-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
