The Inspector will be responsible for performing routine visual inspections of electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or mechanical materials, components, and sub-assemblies. The role ensures that all items received, in process, or manufactured meet established quality assurance standards.
Shift
5:30am to 2pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
- Verify conformance with quality assurance standards and document results accurately.
- Identify and report any non-conformances, defects, or deviations.
- Maintain accurate inspection records using computer systems and databases.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
- High attention to detail with strong observational skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal).
- Basic computer literacy required; familiarity with SAP or MES systems is a plus.
- 1 year of inspection or related experience preferred.
- Experience in the medical device industry desired, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
- Commitment to accuracy and consistency in all inspection activities.
