Responsibilities
- Effectively consult with key stakeholders to design and execute effective people and organizational interventions that help improve the health and effectiveness of the overall organization and drive a high-performance culture
- Draw upon relevant, specialist expertise (e.g. in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, High Performance Team Development, Change Leadership, Change Management, Culture Change) to inform the diagnosis and design of priority people and organizational interventions
- Take a data-driven and consultative approach to delivering effective solutions through the full project lifecycle (diagnosis, design, implement, embed & sustain)
- Work in close partnership with other HR team members in a highly matrixed project-based team structure, with a focus on collectively delivering and working collaboratively
- Coach and mentor senior leaders and other key stakeholders as needed, provide expert advice and support to enable them to lead significant change efforts within the organization
- Facilitate leadership and team discussions, workshops, and interventions to strengthen team effectiveness and engagement.
- Manage and support enterprise-level and functional people initiatives with strong project management discipline.

- Good understanding of relevant concepts and theories related to people, culture and organizational development / behavior
- Experience of leveraging people and organizational data to inform effective organizational interventions
- Strong, proven organizational consulting skills

- Well-developed planning and organization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to think and act with a global mindset, culturally sensitive and aware
- Comfortable operating in a contract/consultative capacity with agility and adaptability.
