KPMG is currently seeking a Workforce Effectiveness Team Leader to join our Advisory Digital organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talent sourcing, strategy and related activities across Advisory Digital (locations including US, India, Mexico and others) by developing and maintaining a talent sourcing strategy that supports dynamic business needs with evolving technology skills and workload demands; manage sourcing activities to ensure resource needs are met timely and effectively
- Drive Learning and Development priorities to foster a culture of continuous learning that enables team members to adapt to new technologies and skill requirements; collaborate with the Learning and Development organization to create and deliver effective learning strategies, including development and maintenance of learning paths, on-going learning programs and opportunities and planning major annual learning events at Lakehouse
- Maintain the Advisory Digital organizational roster and ensure proper alignment of the workforce across teams and groups; develop statistics and analytics to assess organizational balance among PMLs and functional leadership
- Manage and update the employee career model, collaborating with digital organizations and HR, while promoting education and communication of the model; co-lead the annual performance development process, offering guidance to performance management leaders and team members
- Lead Resource Management processes for Advisory Digital team members working on projects to ensure effective resourcing and capacity planning
- Oversee internal communication and change management processes for the Advisory Digital team; create and implement internal communication and change management plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged with organizational objectives and transformations, including communications and training
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in workforce management and operational team leadership with a strong understanding of talent strategy and sourcing, resource management, learning and development, HR processes and career development frameworks
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent organizational, team and project leadership and change management skills
- Strong communication and consultative abilities, ability to communicate and develop materials for executive leadership
- Experience working with a global team and managing team members in India
- Experience driving operational effectiveness, including embedding Gen AI and automation in day-to-day workflows
