About us: Our company has been in business for over 43 years and continues to grow throughout the country. Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to add GMP Sanitation Leads to our existing team in the Tristate area to help maintain our client’s clean rooms and laboratory spaces.
ONE WEEKEND DAY WILL BE REQUIRED
Attire: Personal Protective Equipment, (PPE) will be required to ensure our team members safety and protect the technician from slipping on wet surfaces, cleaning chemical splashes, inhalation, and exposure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years experience as an operator or cleaner in GMP Manufacturing
- The ability to read and understand all revisions of applicable Customer assigned SOPs, policies and procedures.
- The ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, overtime, be on-call and available for special assignments.
- The ability to lift 40lbs, work overhead and stand for extended periods.
- Complete all training requirements for specific work areas.
- The ability to write English with good handwriting techniques and limited errors.
- High School/GED required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Aseptic cleaning experience in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity in pharmaceuticals, bioresearch, semiconductor, medical device manufacturing cleanroom facilities.
- Higher education preferred in consideration for promotion to salaried manager / compliance.
LEADERSHIP ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
· Perform the final check on all GMP logbooks
· Assign GMP rooms/areas to the appropriate staff for each shift
· Ensure that all associates are clocking in and out appropriately
· Ensure that all associates are wearing the appropriate work attire
· Conduct weekly and frequent inspections to ensure custodial SOW is be attended to.
· Understand all employee work assignments and schedule for adequate coverage
· Supervise special projects and on-call or new employees
· Report all call-outs and lates to ACM Management.
· Report all equipment and GMP supply needs to the appropriate manager

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
