- Apply streak-free cleaning solutions to interior and exterior glass surfaces
- Operate squeegees, water-fed poles, and extension ladders safely and efficiently
- Inspect windows for damage and communicate findings to customers or supervisors
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and company vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job site
- Follow safety protocols, especially when working at heights or on ladders
Requirements:
- Prior window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience required
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to streak-free, high-quality results
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
