STAFFING COORDINATOR/SCHEDULERAdvanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is actively seeking a Staffing Coordinator with prior experience, excellent communication and organizational skills to work Full-Time for our Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing and Rehab Center).Duties:Creating work rotations & schedulesEnsuring shifts are fully staffedUnderstand the staffing requirements, anticipates over/understaffed situations and coordinates appropriate remedy with minimal supervisionPartners with Nurse Managers/Supervisor leadership to help forecast and anticipate future staffing needsTracking Open Positions for RecruitmentCall potential candidates and setup interviews Answering phones & dealing with high call volumeTracking and addressing attendance & latenessRequirements:Pleasant disposition and a positive attitudeStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is requiredExcellent oral and written communications skillsExcellent time management & prioritization skills requiredExperience coordinating general office workflow activities Collaborative spirit and willingness to learnAbout Us:Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehab is a 226-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility situated in New Haven, Connecticut.
