As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in home and school settings.

- Provide ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum in home and school settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress
- Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care
- Competitive compensation: Up to $30/hour, depending on experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Monday-Friday, after 3:00pm
Salary : $24 - $30
