Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the clinical team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they are evidence-based, effective, and tailored to each client's needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, providing regular updates and recommendations for ongoing treatment.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Monitor data and ensure treatment progress is tracked accurately, adjusting programs as needed.
- Lead quality assurance and program evaluation efforts to continuously improve service delivery.
- Assist with expansion efforts for the new center.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of ABA, with at least 2 years in a leadership/administrative role.
- Experience with program development, clinical supervision, and staff management.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for working with children and families, particularly those affected by autism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to the evolving needs of the center.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex cases.
- Experience with center-based ABA services and working in a growing or expanding organization.
- Proficiency in utilizing Catalyst/Ensora data collection system preferred.
