Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with ASD in home and school settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of clinicians
- Collect and analyze data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of session notes, progress reports, and billing information
- Competitive compensation up to $30/hour!

- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week)
- Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home.
- Free RBT Training Course!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Monday-Friday, after 3:30pm
