Role Description
This full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role is based in Cleveland, OH. The HR Generalist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee benefits, administering benefits programs, overseeing HR compliance, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role also involves advising employees and management on HR-related matters, maintaining personnel records, and contributing to a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to develop and implement them
- Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy-focused organization is a plus
