As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Ohio and New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy services in-home, in-community, daycare, and school settings
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve therapeutic goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
- Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Competitive compensation up to $30/hour

- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 β 40 hours/week)
- Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home
- Free RBT Training Course
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm
