ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Ohio and New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy services in-home, in-community, daycare, and school settings
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve therapeutic goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

• Competitive compensation up to $30/hour

• Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
